Revelation Pale Horse (Revelation 6.7-8)

"When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, 'Come!' I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth." (Revelation 6.7-8)✞

White With Terror

The Pale HorseThe opening of the fourth seal reveals the Revelation "pale horse", the last of the "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse." "Pale" was the color of a person's face when white with terror or of someone about to die. The rider of the "pale horse" was the only one of the four horsemen named as "Death" and "Hades." Death is himself accompanied by Hades the underworld or Hell as his companion. Because of the pale horse and his rider it is now not just a case of scarcity of food but of terrible famine upon the earth.✞
